after a successful pilot version of an iphone app for RoyalSun & Alliance (RSA) insurance in Chile, furious tribe embarked on a second version in early 2011 that included additional features and a redesigned interface. the application allows customers to carry out "first notification of loss" for motor insurance claims and provides users with the tools they need during a motor accident.
features include:
- report time, date, location and photos to begin a motor insurance claim
- reminders for technical reviews of multiple vehicles
- emergency contact information, including custom contacts
- information on approved garages including locations and directional navigation
- branch information including locations and directional navigation
- bi-lingual app detects language of the device and changes accordingly
the app proved a valuable tool for customers and RSA alike and has since been adapted for the Argentinian, Brazilian, Irish, and Mexican markets. similar apps have also been produced for the Canadian and Colombian markets.
